Shore Sails
With J Boats headquartered in Newport, RI, it was a natural for Bill Shore to participate in the design development of sails for this large family of boats. In the J 80, it was customers who took the fast Shore sails to the race course and dominated at the Nationals and at Key West. Knowledge of asymmetrical spinnaker design was applied to the downwind inventory of the J 80 with immediate success. This one sail established the Shore name in the class, where Shore Sails continue to be the number one choice of its sailors.
