The Seawind 1160 is the newest model from Seawind and has been a huge success since its launch, winning the Australian Sailboat of the Year in 2005 and over 40 sold already.
This modern design has beautiful lines complimenting its very practical features onboard, including a massive combined cockpit and saloon area made possible by the new TRI-FOLDING DOOR arrangment that allows the saloon to be closed and secured. The doors stow away into the Targa giving unequalled space onboard when in use.
The Seawind 1160 is also a brilliant boat to sail featuring a furling self-tacking jib, fully battened mainsail with lazyjack sailcover, single-line reefing, plus all controls back to the cockpit allowing skipper and crew to remain in luxury comfort when sailing.
A 3 cabin version with Island Queen Sized bed as standard features a huge separate shower and head, plus a very spacious galley with polystone benchtops, double freezer and fridge and an ensuite (bathroom/head) in the guest quarters. A 4 cabin version is also available for charters or larger families.
