Plates and bollards are CNC machined stainless steel AISI 316, hand polished.
Pistons and structural hardware are CNC machined Nitronic steel.
Cleats require no drainage. Bollard opens and shuts with an O-ring which keeps the pistons watertight. B400X version is equipped with gas springs activated lift device. Easily assembled and fitted to decks of all types of boats. Cleat is fitted to the deck using three flared screws (not included with cleat). Cleats can be custom engraved to client specifications.
