Seasmart has designed a new range of stylish and modern flush deck hatches with hidden hinges. By using our knowledge of automotive and aeronautical modelling and mould manufacturing we have produced a quick and easy mounting hatch that is both light and strong, making it perfect for sail and power boats with either gealcot or teak deck. The hatch is manufactured by injecting rinforced polymer into an aluminium mould using RRIM technology (Reinforced Reaction Injection Moulding). Reinforcing agents are added to the polymer to give it structural function. These corrosion free hatches are ideal for sailing and power boats and are available with central panel in perspex, painted, and for teak deck, rinforced glass on request. CE approval for area IIa, III, IV.
