SCAM DIESEL marine generator set was developed by carefully choosing the already reputable/affirmed marine engine SD on the KUBOTA basis and SINCRO or MECC-ALTE alternator. SCAM DIESEL marine engines were designed to require minimal and simple maintenance. All elements for regular maintenance are easily accessible. The indirect cooling system with water and oil heat exchangers maintains optimal working temperature, which prolongs the engine’s operating life. The new fuel injection system guarantees decreased fuel consumption and environment friendlier combustion. Alternators are single-bearing and marine alternators. They are rigidly coupled to the bell housing. Shaft is fixed onto the flywheel with the flexible coupling. Engine and alternator are placed flexibly on the mounting.
