A correct feed water treatment is the basic condition for a steam boiler's good working and long life. Water contains salts, such as calcium and magnesium, that forms scale on the boilers pipes and shell, decreasing the thermal exchange capability. These salts have to be removed from the water using a high quality water treatment.
