Rooster Semi Dry Top - With its adjustable neoprene neck, cuffs and waist, make it a very comfortable top to wear and take on and off. This is made from a tri-laminate breathable fabric with excellent water run off. Despite all the seams of this garments being taped, we have still called this top a semi dry top as the neck will allow water in, should it not be done up securely.
