The boat mooring cleats are made from a high-strength anticorrosive cast aluminium alloy referred to as L2653-60. The cleats are fixed in to channels on the pontoon, specially designed for the purpose, by AISI 304 M16 stainless steel hammerhead bolts. The position of the cleats on each of the berths is in relation to the type of boat to be moored and the marina’s most adverse weather conditions.
