The BARRACUDA containment booms are usable in river zones, in estuaries, in harbors, or in open coastal zones as well. They are composed of a succession of foam plates incorporated in waterproof casings and of a ballast chain exposed over its entire length. Thanks to the subdivision into identical elements, the booms are highly flexible.
