The Rescue-B is designed to be reliable, very fast and with safety always in mind. The propulsion system is a twin system (for redundancy and safety): twin engines, twin waterjets (for swimmers safety), twin instrumentation and as much redundancy as can be engineered into the boat. The Rescue-B is designed to be extremely fast in getting to the scene, and versitile and nimble once on the scene. Rescue and recovery operations are facilitated by a 360° unimpeded field of vision from the helm and a unique and proprietary side opening system (SOS) which facilitates the rapid, safe and efficient recovery from the water.
Light, Sturdy, Transportable:
The Rescue-B is built around the latest carbon fiber technology derived from our aeronautical experience. The hull, deck, and fully enclosed cabin structures are designed to be long lasting while extremely light. The hull, structures, deck and fully enclosed cabin are all composite material designed to be strong, mainteance free and extremely light. This translates to make the Rescue-B cheap to operate {less maintenance and less fuel consumption} while maintaining high-performance.
