Race1 was successful in securing the contract to design and build the official catamarans for use at the 2000 Olympic Games. These boats are of glass fibre construction, low wash and fuel-efficient, These boats are designed to create minimal wash and provide a stable platform for race umpiring, coaching and filming of crews in action. The catamarans are now being exported world wide.
