Made from aluminium, the body is polyester powder coated to resist the corrosive effects of seawater. This pump has British Department of Trade and Industry certification for fire-fighting duties. The pump can be mounted on the deck or bulkhead, but with the addition of a cast aluminium baseplate, it becomes fully portable, no further securing is required.
