The patented self-emptying tipping bucket system in the rain collector is rain gauge among one of the most accurate rain collectors. The measuring spoon tips automatically and is emptied by registration of a preset amount of water.
RAIN-O-MATIC METEOROLOGICAL is self-emptying and consequently secured against frost. The rain gauge is very precise and has for instance an intensity of 3mm/0,12 inch per minute at a calibration of 0,25 mm or
1/100 inch.
