Description

Prolock Omega Prolock Omega is suitable for the realisation of heavier sheetpile wall structures. Basically any project can be realised. You can infinitely vary with regard to the length of the screen and the choice of the piles to be used. Prolock Omega is deployed for the sustainable protection of canals, rivers, lakes and marinas. The Prolock Omega system combines plastic screens with long (wooden) piles. No oxygen reaches the piles under the water level. This means that the piles will not start to rot. The plastic screens have a dark brown top layer with unique UV protection. The result of all of this is a service life of 60 years. Cost-cutting The combination of short screens and long (wooden) piles ensures a considerable saving with regard to the material price when compared to other solutions. Prolock Omega can also be installed quickly by using the Prolock Omega piling frame. Aesthetically justifiable Prolock Omega is not just solid but also ensures a beautiful flat wall. The top side of the pile revetment can be finished with the beautiful Prolock Omega waling. Providing a traditional finish using wooden waling is, of course, possible. Extra heavy-duty applications? For heavier structures with a larger retaining height and/or a high top load, hard wood or steel tubular piles can be used instead of coniferous wood piles. Using anchoring will also ensure there is extra strength and robustness. The top side of the sheetpile wall can be finished with the beautiful Prolock Omega waling. Providing a traditional finish using wooden waling is, of course, possible. You can easily achieve bends and angles by using the corner sections.
