The LX1201PTI is ideally suited for marine and mining environments where sun, moisture, dust, salt and sea fog create challenges for standard, off-the-shelf displays. It offers a sealed enclosure, optical bonding and an ultra-wide vertical viewing angle and an integrated touch screen. Optical bonding provides durability and contrast, which are essential for a display in a marine vessel and mining equipment. Every Planar marine and mining touch monitor has an IP65 waterproof enclosure and can be configured with custom cables, connectors and bezels. Also available in sizes 8" and 15".

As marine vessels become floating information networks, their operators need even more information available to them. The increased use of fleet management applications makes it even more important to have a marine-worthy display on-board to communicate valuable operating information.
