The system is a semi-modular, complete ship accommodation construction system, which consists of prefabricated bathroom units, prefabricated preoutfitted large wall sections and ceiling panels.
All the above components are tailored to customers's specifications and manufactured on project basis. Through prefabrication the amount of installation hours of the cabin onboard the vessel is minimized.
Installation sequence of prefabricated cabins: ready-made bathroom module, prefabricated cabin walls, window box, ceiling panels, corridor lining and cabin doors.
All the openings and reinforcements needed for the fittings, ventilation and lighting have been ready-made at the factory, and so are also electrical cables, power points, switches, etc.
