Description
Two TAG Marine 10m fibreglass Advanced Life Support ambulance boats, built in Cape Town and delivered to Ghana in 2016.
Note: the side opening door for stretcher patients, air-conditioning, heavy duty all-round fendering and safety rails on the foredeck. Emergency lights, siren, loudhailer, searchlight, navigation lights.
Fully fitted interior for ambulant and stretcher patients, doctors and paramedics.
Training in both for the crew in boat handling and maintenance and for the paramedics who would man the boats was included in the contract.
