Pacific Pontoon & Pier marina floatation system generally comprises a HDPE encased polystyrene module with a broom finish concrete deck. The deck utilizes our proprietary marine alloy extrusions as the interconnecting face, housing specifically engineered block hinges.

Pontoons are not formed in molds, each module is individually fabricated therefore length, width, and freeboard can be specifically designed and constructed to individual client needs.

The ability to angle pontoons creates significant design features which enable more berths in a given area than a more “traditional geometric” approach.

Pontoons are manufactured up to 12m in length and 4m in width as single modules using continuous floatation minimizing moving parts therefore future maintenance.

Timber Walers are eliminated in our pontoon designs so too are infill panels, both of which require ongoing costs and future maintenance.

Our marinas offer the most efficient, workable designs, less maintenance and ongoing costs, are impervious to the harsh marine environment, are extremely stable whilst being aesthetically attractive in our freeform designs.
