Construction n. 1207 by N.C.A, Alberta Amoretti was built in 1999 for the Ship-Owner Marichem Europe for transportation of petrol and petrol-chemical products of 30,000 TPL.
The most important feature is represented by the sophisticated loading equipment for the 16 tanks and two slops equipped with frequency converter electric pumps and remote controlled electrical valves of "explosion proof" type: a completely new system.
Another characteristic of the ship is the rudder equipped with bulb.
The vessel is fitted with coated tanks and is built entirely with a dual hull.
Alberta Amoretti, flying Italian colours, is classified by RINA with Marca Stella 100 A.1.1, Cst, Nav. IL.
