NIDAPAN® 8GR Nidaplast

These polypropylene honeycombs are designed for the production of sandwich panels.
They are specifically adapted to gluing process, but can also be used with lamination. They are compatible with any type of facing : plywood, metal, decorative laminates or stone...
The particularity of this honeycomb is its glassfiber reinforcement on both sides. It is obtained with a glass reinforced thermoplastic thermo-bonded to the honeycombs. This reinforcement allows using nidapan 8GR with a skin on only one side for some non-structural applications. (decorative panels with stone or laminates for example...)
Sandwich panels with the nidapan 8GR core are economical, light and stiff, thermal and sound insulating, fungus and mould resistant.
