Our portlights are safe: The NFM portlights are solid, bolt-through construction - not a "screw-and-glue" job. The moving parts, such as the dog and marine hinges are cast - not a cheap imitation that will break with wear. The dogs and hinges are fully adjustable so you can seal the glass frame down securely. Our portlights are easy to use: The dogs on our ports open and close in one fluid motion - no screwing down of toggles. The adjustable cap head screw on each dog means it will stay adjusted to your preferred seal no matter who happens to close the window for boat. Most of our ports come standard with spring on the hinges so the port will stay open on its own.
