Navalimpianti shell platforms and doors are designed and manufactured for various purposes, from the access to the car garage, jet-ski or motorboats recovery, loading and offloading of passengers and crew.
The original design includes the following key points: when closed, doors and platforms follow the hull shape; external/internal finishing and operating arms are designed with particular care to the look.
Machinery and mechanical devices are hidden and special cranes can be integrated for the handling of different loads and vehicles.
Doors and platforms may include the integral supporting frame for a simple "weld in" installation; in this case the supporting frame is tailored to the local aesthetic and strength requirements, deck thickness and framing dimensions and they may be pre-fabricated and pre-tested at factory.
Operation is assured by an electro-hydraulic control system, including automation cabinets, hydraulic accessories, control stands and power packs.
Integrated automation, signal and alarm system for the wheelhouse can be included and completed by wireless control.
Electro hydraulic system may be supplied built-in in the frame (only one electrical supply is requested, piping is part of the building block) or separate for each unit.
