The gozzo presented in our article, built in the shipyard Nauticart of Ceriale (Savona), responding to the Ligurian building tradition, was realized in resin glass reinforced with double bottom insulation and self-bailing cockpit also when the boat is not moving. The well-known safety typical of these boats is enhanced by unsinkability of this Nauticart gozzo. The line is peculiar of the Ligurian gozzo: "Catalan " aft and full and round shaped fore. Some details such as the green colour adopted for the hull, the fine wood coating the deck, the stringers, the rowlacks and employed for beechwood rows and bar steer, compose the classy and traditional atmosphere that is revealed on board of this Nauticart gozzo. The furnishing and accessorizing deck includes a large aft sunbathing area under which is placed a large watertight chain lock closed by a hatch; fore we find another chain lock accessible by lifting a pivoting hatch on top of the seat of the driver.
