7 SERIES (4 -> 6.5 MW max.) Napier Turbochargers

The current Napier '7' Series Product Range spans engine outputs from 2MW to 6.5MW per single turbocharger and is based around the original Napier Cartridge design.

Air Cooled Operation; reducing the cost, complexity and installation requirements of the turbocharger.
Cartridge Construction; improving on site maintenance and reducing operational down time.
Innovative Squeeze Film Bearing System; reducing through life cost and extending service life.
Alternative Compressor Options; enabling better optimization for specific applications.
High Efficiency; overall turbocharger efficiencies of up to 70%, impacting fuel consumption and firing temperatures.
High Pressure Ratio Capability; up to 5:1 can be achieved in a single stage using an aluminium compressor without compromising design life. This enables higher power densities to be achieved and the possibility to reduce harmful emissions.
