steel 1.4404 (316S11), frying surface made from a smoothly polished
special sandwich material (MKN Powerblock).
*In PowerBlock models the frying surfaces are tightly welded from the
top ensuring maximum hygiene.
*Griddle plates with fat drain plug can also be used as a frying plate
(optional extras)
*Supplied ready for connection to a power optimising system, as
standard.
