PEINT OUT G

PEINT OUT G is a special antifouling paint, paint and varnish stripper which does not contain any methylene chloride or chloride solvents. PEINT OUT G is based on polar type solvent functions, stripping accelerators, viscosity-increasing agents, organic depolymerising complexes and non-ionic penetrating additives. PEINT OUT G does not contain phenols, cresols, hydrofluoric acid or potassium hydroxide. Its gel formula gives good adhesion to vertical surfaces with any running and without spatter. PEINT OUT G easily removes antifouling paint, synthetic, cellulose or rubberised paints, and all types of varnish. PEINT OUT G is best used at a minimum 15°C ambient temperature.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE: Apply PEINT OUT G with a brush or roller. Wear gloves. Leave to act for between 20 minutes and several hours. Preferably do not work in sunlight to avoid evaporation of the gel. Stripping is complete when the primer is reached without effort by scraping with a light tool. Depending on the state of the antifouling paint, the reaction may be different: the antifouling paint may curl up or become soft. In all cases, collect the stripper/antifouling paint, paint or varnish mixture with a spatula or a scraper. Complete the stripping by applying compressed air or a water jet. If there are several coats of antifouling paint, repeat the operation.
There is no need to neutralise the support before application of another coating. In the case of delicate supports, test for compatibility first. Coverage per litre: 3-5m2.
