International series sailing catamaran FORMULA 18 Marstrom TORNADO
The Tornado was designed by Rodney March in 1967 and has since then been the king of catamarans. Its performance has been untouchable by other 20 footers upwind and with the addition of the spinnaker in 2001 the boat reigns supreme on all points of sail. A very successful design is one of the factors explaining what distinguishes the boat from the competition.
