Total energy economy
Our condominiums are equipped with energy-saving airheatpumps. During the hottest time of the year this technology is used for cooling the rooms and when it is cold the air is used for heating purposes. Into the technical unit representing the very latest development a hot water boiler is connected. During the coldest winter period additional heating is generated with the help of electric radiators. The floors in the wet rooms are heated with electricity. In addition, ecological solar collectors are placed on the roofs, a solution that produces hot household water in the sunny summertime by very low energy consumption. When possible these condos consume electricity that is generated by wind power.
Built structure of the floating villas
Our floating houses for boats are factory-built in a warm, clean and stricly quality-controlled environment and they normally consist of 1-3 house modules. These are then transported to the construction site either by land or sea. The ready-made house elements are lifted on top of the house pontoons at the building site. The tougher than usual conditions prevailing in the vicinity of seaside regions are taken into consideration in the over-all construction and choice of materials for all Marina Housing units. The window frames used are fixed which is why there are separate vents for efficient ventilation. The marine doors leading to the terraces are high-quality sliding glass doors
