A floating villa is a house for boat built on massive house pontoons that float on water, the whole construction being securely moored under the water surface. It ascends and descends according to the water level. Usually floating villas are a part of a bigger unit, a whole Marina Village. The villas can be easily reached by pedestrians from land by floating piers (in some cases for boats by cars too).
