The 280 Holiday is a beautiful family semi displacement cruiser, with her shaft drive diesel engine and a semi displacemen hull, is she ideal for coastal or river cruising. She is suitable for all the family with fiv berths in two cabins. Onboard the Marex 280 Holiday we have made everything very practical, even the smallest detail has been made functional, because we considered
both the practicality and the beauty of the boat to be equally important.
Aft of the cockpit, the deck of the aft cabin provides a large sun bed area surrounded
by sensible safety rails. The cockpit seating provides a good view. There is a 1.07 meter fore and aft bench on the port side and a 0.92 meter forward-facing seat to starboard. The seats are (comfortable for four people to relax together when the boat is under way, while
another person can sit beside the helmsman and easily reach drinks from the fridge.
The helmsman's seat rolls over to face aft and a good- sized extendable table folds up
from the starboard side, ideal for six persons.
Stepping down forward you will find the main sleeping cabin, which also can be used as a saloon on cool evenings or on wet days. The table which lowers creates a large
double berth. he smart aft cabin has three berths (double on one side) 1.96 meter long. This cabin
is perfect for storing children, and is comfortably away from the front cabin. It is also ideal for the owner that wants a permanent bed, and still invite guests.
