Mapmedia has some 6000 electronic nautical charts available worlwide and inparticular for Europe, Mediterranean, Scandinavia, Africa, Indian Ocean,U.S. east coast, Greenland, South America, Caribbean, New Zealand,Polynesia.

We start with the same government paper charts that mariners rely on forsafe and enjoyable boating. Then we scan, georeference and assemble the charts to produce digital replicas for electronic navigation.

All our electronic charts are especially design for using with MaxSea or Maxland software. It displays Mapmedia's charts in seamless mode to enable the user to go from one chart to another or to change the scale, by simply sliding the mouse.

The chart CDs are regionally grouped and contain around 30 charts from small scales to detailed habours charts. All charts sold by Mapmedia are fully licensed and royalty-paid.

Mapmedia also offers morpho-sedimentological charts, and bathymetric digital models for professional or leisure uses.
