The design brief given was to create the highest holding - fastest setting - fixed shank anchor in the world.

A surprise bonus design feature was that the anchor was developed with a dual operation shank to enable use in rock and coral seabed types.

The anchor is has been reviewed by Lloyds Register of Shipping and has received a SHHP status. The first and only production boat anchor in the world to do so.

Immediate Set: The combination of the Spear Head and the wing tips combine to make this anchor set immediately in all ground types. Typically it will be load bearing in only the length of the anchor itself. The sharpened point on the spearhead means it will cut through weed, normally the most difficult seabed type to anchor in.
