Floating house PNED 104

PNED 104 is the floating low-energy house. Floating foundation forms three parallel connected high-durable concrete pontoons each 12 x 2,4 x 1,2 m (L x B x H). Pontoons are filled with EPS that assures their unsinkability. Superstructure of the house is made of special polystyrene blocks reinforced with steel beams without thermal bridges and batten facade. Width of the wall is 275 mm. There are used some necessary technologies: ventilation with heat recovery, heat pump, wastewater treatment plant integrated in one of the pontoons, passive house windows and door. The house is available in two variations: with two or three bedrooms.
