Majestic Jetties & Marinas are finished with MoistureShield® composite wood decking - a superior alternative to hardwood, made from recycled wood fiber and plastic. It is a LEED certified product which has proven its properties in the harsh climate of the Gulf, including UV resistance.

A unique process of cleaning, pre-heating and mixing wood fiber and polyethylene to the point of encapsulation before the extrusion process ensures total encapsulation of the wood fiber, enabling MoistureShield to withstand the harshest environmental conditions. In addition, the perfect mix of high density and low density polyethylene has been created to gain maximum strength. Control of the recycling process, using patented processes developed over 20 years, gives MoistureShield characteristics not possible with 100% virgin resin composite products.

MoistureShield Decking offers low maintenance decking that is environmentally friendly, looks great, and gives superior performance. Last but not least, not a single tree is felled for the production of this material!
