The Magnum Venus Products UltraMAX™ High Volume unit features a low-pressure pumping system, modular design, no castings or machined parts and air motor options suited to multiple applications. This system is designed for FIT®, spray, RTM and pour applications.

Greater Versatility
With the ability to adapt to different applications efficiently, the UltraMAX™ High Volume system has a greater versatility over similar products on the market. For instance, the 10:1 resin pump on the UltraMAX™ is ideal when more pump power is required for highly filled resin systems.

Automatic or Handheld Applications
The UltraMAX™ High Volume System is generally incorporated into automatic high volume applications such as filament winding; however, it is flexible enough to be used in handheld applications for pouring heavily filled resins.

Easy Maintenance
Using the "simplistic efficiency" design model, MVP’s High Volume system is easy to rebuild after routine maintenance.

Lower Pump Velocity
With a lower pump velocity, the UltraMAX™ High Volume system prolongs the life of the packings and piston cups.
