The Magnum Venus Products UltraMAX™ High Volume unit features a low-pressure pumping system, modular design, no castings or machined parts and air motor options suited to multiple applications. This system is designed for FIT®, spray, RTM and pour applications.
*Greater Versatility
With the ability to adapt to different applications efficiently, this HV system has a greater versatility over like products on the market. When more pump power is required for highly filled resin systems, the 10:1 resin pump on the UltraMAX™ would be ideal.
*Automatic or Hand Held Applications
The UltraMAX™ High Volume System is generally incorporated into automatic high volume applications such as filament winding, however it is flexible enough to be used in hand held applications for pouring heavily filled resins.
*Easy Maintenance
Using the “simplistic efficiency” design model, the MVP High Volume system is easy to rebuild after routine maintenance.
*Lower Pump Velocity
With a lower pump velocity, the HV system extends the life of the packings and piston cups.
