- 12m 39' 4"ft With unrivaled seakeeping for a vessel of this size the Azzum 12m trimaran will be used by her owner-builder as a seriously capable pleasure boat that will maintain its speed in conditions that would keep most other boats at home. Powering is from twin Yanmar 370Hp diesel inboards running through custom designed and built surface drives. Top speed will be in the order of 40 knots. A sea water ballast tank is fitted in the stem to provide extra inertia to punch the bow into waves in a head sea or to reduce displacement and fly the bow in a following sea.
