Plate coil type gas cooler is the direct/alternative/counter flow thermal exchanger which prevents both fluids from mixing by combining multiple plate coils, which have flow paths in their insides by welding of dimple type plate, and connecting them to a header. Plate coil has an endurable structure for high pressure and self-purifying capability due to high heat transfer efficiency and internal dimple wave form so as to keep low pollution by gas. Prefabricated manufacturing type and easiness of access to gas (pollution fluid) without removing arrangement pipe make maintenance and cleaning to be easy. The plate interval can be adjusted in 10~40mm and no need to use gasket brings about no problem in gasket due to temperature and pressure. Designed temperature: -40~260℃
