In the continual effort for new products D. KORONAKIS S.A. installed innovative production lines for the KAPA ROPES which enabled the company to meet the challenge and achieve ISO 9001. Oceanic, Nylon or Flex, these KAPA ropes were thought with the user in mind, the crew member that makes the splices and above all, an increased safety factor that decreases as a result the snap back danger zone.

They are round ropes (not square like the 8 - strands). The Flex type rope is made of polysteel inner strands and polyamide (nylon) 8.5 gram/denier on the outer strands. This combination makes it a floating rope that has also great abrasion resistance and higher melting point.
