Special size footrest Fitting our standard system, the K4 footrest has nine-inch rails, which allows you to take advantage of the shortest footrest position with confidence. The rails overhang the side plates (behind the fixing point) by an additional two inches, which give the system extra stability. The 8in wide footrest fit various old boats. To check the size you need, measure the distance between the holes on the sideplate in the footwell (slot centre to slot centre)
