A JM rodkick lifts your boom and makes it easier to hoist or lower the mainsail. The rodkick simply prevents the boom from falling into the cockpick when the mainsail is slackened. It also doubles the effect of the kickingstrap....

Our Rodkick programme starts for boats of approx. 20 feet and up to approx. 65 feet. At John Mast you can choose between many different lengths and dimensions. Rest assured you can find exactly the right Rodkicker to fit your boat. The Rodkicker can also be supplied with a gas spring, which lifts the boom in light winds.
