We offer different options regarding material transformation:
ELECTROWELDING (or QUILTING)
is a working process made by an high frequency electrowelding machine that allows to join
any pvc imitation leather with two different paddings :
- One with a soft leacryl (weight 80 gr./M2) in the middle and a thin foil of pvc as backer;
- a second one with a more substantial and noteworthy 6- 7 mm thick pvc in the middle.
The different available patterns give a pleasant sewing / quilting effect. (see some examples below)
