The Pyrall PR is a static incinerator which functions by pyrolysis, destroying refuse cheaply and efficiently tanks to the special shape of its combustion chamber and the forced air system adopted.
The Pyrall PR handles urban refuse of all kinds household, kitchen, etc.
Pyrall PR emission is absolutely odorless and colorless, since the reactor chamber temperature is kept at between 900-1000 ° C; a level at which complete oxidation of the gases given off in the primary chamber is able to take place.
Once refuse is loaded, the user simply presses a button to set the incinerator cycle in motion and subsequent stages are carried out by PLC control.
Refuse can be fed into the incinerator using either an aotomatic mechanical loader or by a manual process.
Ashes are easily raked out through a generously proportioned Hatch and/or by an automated gravity door (ADA Automatic Discharge of Ashes option).
