After numerous tests made in cooperation with important manufacturers of pontoons we created a new system of shock absorber which avoids violent tugs to chain sags, amortizing the energy of the moving pontoon and preserving the entire structure. The system is made assembling two or more Nereide mooring springs code no 126 by AISI 316 stainless steel plates, screwed with nuts and threaded rods in AISI 316 stainless steel.
