The impossibility to obtain new areas on ther ground and the difficult introduction of new constructions in harbour compounds suggest the utilization of floating solutions that, moreover, semplify beaurocratic procedures for concessions and allow to vary their positioning in compliance with enlargements or new needs of lay out.
