When turning a boat in planing or semi planning speeds the boat will heel to some extent. CTOS will continuously monitor the rudder position and compensate the heel angle, by automatically positioning the interceptor blades, to insure a safe and comfortable heel angle during any high speed turns. This is very similar to how it works in an aircraft to achieve a perfect turn. Turning ability can also be significantly improved.
