Description: The new HSM Nuevo most has been
developed as a lower cost alternative to the Hot Rod Big
Wave mast.
The Nuevo uses a carbon content of approximately 65%
to significantly reduce the price while still delivering great
performance. More glass is used in place of the carbon
which results in great durability with only a small weight
penalty. The Nuevo is available in sizes from 340 to
430cm and is a suitable mast for wave and crossover
sails. The performance is almost as good as the the Hat
Rod Big wave mast, and in comparison it is slightly softer,
less responsive and heavier, but the difference is only
noticable to advanced sailors.
