The ARESA 3500 - 2500 LD is a Lading Craft logistic vessel, specially built for the transport of ro-ro cargo and its unloading in Ports, beaches and shallow areas, by means of the hydraulic access ramp located in the front part of the vessel. The main deck includes fastening systems for securing large tonnage vehicles and their safe transportation during navigation. It can also be fitted with a deck crane for loading and unloading all types of materials and parts, as well as a fire extinguishing system with a powerful water lance for extinguishing fires on other vessels or in port and coastal installations. Initially designed to be fitted with diesel engines with waterjet propulsion , in order to be able to access shallow areas , it can also be fitted with conventional propulsion system by propellers . Its superstructure can accommodate different spaces for the use of personnel, such as passenger transport room, crew cabins, galley, living room or other spaces that are necessary for the development of the missions.
