Description

With its fast hull and a bespoke well-designed interior for comfortable luxurious cruising, Zurbagan - designed by Gilles Vaton, interior by Couedel Hugon Design - won the 2007 Superyacht Design Awards for best 23-36 metre in the sailing yacht category. She is very fast in light weather thanks to her large sail area and her 40-metre mast. On the wind, she has an excellent directional stability. Zurbagan is L'Oreal's big sister, the yacht that holds the record for sailing the wrong way around the world. The hull and the appendices are identical to that of L'Oreal, the mast has been moved slightly aft to minimise the pitching motion. Specifications Length: 26.80 m Lwl : 23.50 m Bmax: 6.60 m Draft: 5.20 - 3.20 m Displacement: 44 T Engine: 2 x 75 CV Architect: Vaton - Couedel/Hugon
