Remote Controlled Through-Hull Valves
Rancho Santa Margarita, CA - Now boaters can control all through-hull valves with the flick of a switch. Eliminating the need for visual inspection, Forespar's new Smart Valve ROV™ Seacock can be remotely opened or closed from a conveniently located electric panel. Each valve's current position is also panel indicated using green and red LED lights.
Any Marelon® Smart Valve™ can be fitted with the small, yet powerful ROV sealed motor. Factory installed into 12 or 24 volt power systems using only four wires, it is adaptable to the new "CAN-BUS" power distribution & integration systems. Power is only supplied to the control panel and not directly to each valve. Panels are available in 4 and 8 valve combinations with custom engraved valve names. In case of an emergency all valves can be manually overridden.
